This form is for 2023 Year 10 Students currently enrolled at JPC.

Students currently enrolled at JPC do not need to re-enrol for Year 11 2024. However, in order to assist us with our planning for next year, we ask that you fill in this Commitment Form to indicate your intention for your son or daughter to continue their studies at JPC next year.

For students who are currently not enrolled at JPC and who wish to enrol here for Year 11 in 2024, an Enrolment Application will need to be completed here: https://jpc.act.edu.au/enrolments
